This position is based at our office in Manesar. Your Responsibilities will be: 1. Reduction in customer PPM, Enhanced Customer Ranking/scorecard & Improve Customer Satisfaction Scores 2. Serve as the primary quality liaison between customers and internal teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Program Management). 3. Address customer complaints, quality issues, and warranty claims from the customers. Closures of all the claims within the given timelines. 4. Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns through structured problem-solving methods (F3A, 8D, 5Why, Fishbone, etc.). 5. Lead root cause investigations for reported claims/defects from customer 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 7. Validate effectiveness of corrective measures through testing and data analysis 8. Analyze quality performance metrics (PPM, Defect Rates) and drive improvements. 9.
