Do the simulation of defect at supplier end to validate the root cause of problem. Suggest the appropriate countermeasure for the problem Problem Analysis (7 QC tool’s & SPC) & counter measure implementation & verification at supplier end Responsible for sample approval for mass production at supplier end Establish master samples at the time of development for visual defects and fitments approved by customer for further reference Follow up for the countermeasure / 8D report for rejection Participation in the customer specific audit, IATF audits Develop and implement supplier quality improvement programs to reduce defects and enhance quality levels.
