Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Sector-Specific Training Programs:
• Design and implement training initiatives focused on FMCG operations, sales, and product knowledge.

• Conduct Training Sessions:
• Lead workshops and training sessions to improve skills in sales

• Manage Training Budget:
• Oversee the allocation of resources for training and development within budget constraints.

• Collaborate with Departments:
• Work closely with sales, marketing team to identify training needs and create solutions that drive performance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

• Experience:
• Proven experience as a FMCG Trainer, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Expertise in developing and delivering training programs tailored to FMCG

sales and operations.

• Skills:
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with FMCG industry standards and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office
