About the Role We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our growing team and lead the implementation of our solutions for a key retail client in Thailand. The individual will work as part of the TAM/Customer Success team to deliver logistics, solution-oriented services to the clients. Responsibilities: Implementation: Take ownership of the end-to-end deployment process, ensuring the successful implementation of Locus solutions for our retail client in Thailand. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive deployment plans, outlining milestones, timelines, and resource requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. On-site Deployment: Travel across Thailand to various cities to oversee the rollout of our software, providing hands-on guidance, troubleshooting, and support. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to coordinate and communicate deployment activities. Ensure a smooth and efficient deployment process. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users, providing necessary guidance and support. in both English and Thai language. Address any issues or concerns during and after deployment. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing procedures to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of the software. Monitor and address any issues that arise during deployment. Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills in English and Thai, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information to diverse stakeholders. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of deployment processes, issues, and resolutions. Provide regular reports to the leadership team. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in software implementation and project management, preferably in the retail or supply chain industry. Strong understanding of retail industry and supply chain processes. Excellent communication in English and Thai along with good interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Thailand. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving requirements . Why Locus? Job Description What are the Key Deliverables in this role? Financial Outcomes Extraction and Consolidation of data for Tata Soulfull Coordinating with sales finance, category finance team and group finance for obtaining data and providing inputs Accounting and analyzing the data for providing to the managerial level Analyzing and validating standard cost and new materials. Preparation of budget versus actual, mix analysis with channel/state/ SKU level. Reporting the monthly financial data to the corporate through Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC) Tool within the said timelines while ensuring the accuracy of numbers. Maintaining books of accounts and passing necessary journal entries for Month end . Oversee and optimize the use of financial systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and efficient reporting processes. Customer Service Responsible for extraction, analysis and reporting of data across Tata Soulfull category. Internal Processes Support for digitalization and automation to effectively improve ways of working . Provide input for improvements in process and procedures. Innovation and Learning Reporting and tracking for Innovation projects with focus on Growth, dedicated overheads and development spends. What are the Critical success factors for the Role ? CA Inter or MBA finance with 2 + years work experience. Good analytical ability & interpersonal skills with a strong penchant for numbers. Working knowledge in SAP. Proficiency in MS Office What are the Desirable success factors for the Role? FMCG environment or related industry experience. Ability to connect with numbers .
