Fully automate and digitize insights generation and drive business dashboards Embed and strengthen Ferrero CSU quality standards Who we are looking for: Approximately 8-10 years of experience in a major FMCG company in the insights function or in a reputed research agency Qualifications- Bachelor s degree from a reputable university; MBA in Marketing/Research Should have experience of using different consumer and shopper key research methodologies, Brand tracking, Nielsen Retail Audit tool; knowledge on e-comm and digital led growth and transformation will be preferrable Strong communication, presentation and strategic influencing skill. Ability to manage conflicts and influence business decisions backed by insights Strong managerial, leadership and people management skills Good at integrating multiple sources and telling a story Strong business sense, strategic and foresight thinking (limited to not only data or database expert and method oriented). Sound attention for details without losing focus on big picture Takes initiative with a can do attitude.
