Job Description What are the Key Deliverables in this role ? Financial Outcomes Solution Development: Responsible for development and implementation of generative AI solutions by utilizing state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques. Explore and experiment with various generative models and tools, including OpenAI / Bard / AWS and Open Source tools and algorithms. Evaluation and Validation: Develop evaluation metrics and methodologies to assess the performance and effectiveness of generative AI based solutions. Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure that the output meets desired objectives and delivers business value. Customer Service Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to share knowledge, best practices, and industry trends related to generative AI. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to stakeholders on the potential applications and benefits of generative AI in the consumer goods industry. Internal Processes Project management: managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Stakeholder management: communicating project progress, managing stakeholder expectations, and negotiating compromises when necessary. Innovation and Learning Ethical Considerations: Stay updated on ethical considerations surrounding generative AI and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Foster a culture of responsible AI usage within the organization . What are the Critical success factors for the Role ? Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science , or a related field from a Tier 1/2 institute Working knowledge and experience in generative AI techniques, including GANs, VAEs, and deep learning frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities , with a focus on delivering actionable insights and innovative solutions. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities Familiarity with the consumer goods industry and an understanding of its challenges and opportunities is preferred by not mandatory 2-3 years of relevant experience with a very strong learning focus and ability to learn on the job Core Technical Skills: Proficient in full stack development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, SQL/NoSQL databases). Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) combining information retrieval systems with generative AI models. Expertise in fine-tuning pre-trained AI models for specific tasks and data sets. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their AI services. Knowledge of APIs and microservice architecture (RESTful APIs, GraphQL). Proficiency in data engineering, data pipeline development, and working with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop). Strong understanding of version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying and managing AI models. What are the Desirable success factors for the Role ? Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
