Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, specializing in Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel. The selected candidate will be deployed at our Clients Div HQ A Leading FMCG company, supporting the Marketing team by analyzing large datasets, deriving consumer and market insights, and developing interactive dashboards to drive strategic decisions. Experience in FMCG/Retail/Consumer Goods, Marketing Analytics will be an added advantage. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Extract, clean, and analyze data from SQL databases to generate actionable marketing insights. 2. Utilize Python for data manipulation, automation, and advanced analytics. 3. Design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to track marketing campaign performance, brand engagement, and consumer trends. 4. Apply Advanced Excel techniques for data processing, reporting, and automation. 5. Work closely with the marketing team to analyze consumer behavior, market trends, brand performance, and campaign effectiveness. 6. Identify trends and patterns in market research data, digital marketing analytics, consumer demographics, and competitive analysis. 7. Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency while handling large marketing datasets. 8. Present findings to stakeholders to support strategic marketing decisions. Desired Candidate Skills: 1. 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in FMCG/Retail Marketing Analytics. 2. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel. 3. Experience working with marketing datasets such as consumer insights, campaign performance, and brand analytics. 4. Hands-on experience in creating interactive dashboards and data visualizations. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and collaborate with marketing, sales, and brand teams. 7.
