Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Assistant will handle daily tasks such as maintaining HR records, assisting with HRIS, processing benefits administration, and coordinating training sessions. The individual will also support HR management activities and ensure smooth operational procedures within the HR department. Qualifications Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Skills in Benefits Administration and Training coordination Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and on-site in Bengaluru Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Fresher or Experienced of 6 month Experience in multicultural environments is a plus Candidates can apply from Banaswadi, Khammanahalli, Maruthi Frazer Town, Lingarajapuram, KR Puram, Ramurthinagar.
