Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator/Analyst with experience in digital marketing and healthcare communication to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, cross-functional team collaboration, and agile project management within the digital and healthcare domains. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end project management activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and final delivery for digital assets like websites, apps, e-modules, brochures, banners, emailers, etc. Collaborate with international clients (USA, Europe, UK, EMEA, APAC) ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction (CSAT ~9/10). Manage cross-functional teams including content writers, designers, and developers to ensure adherence to timelines and quality. Utilize project management tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Track project budgets, timelines, scope changes, and ensure resource planning and allocation. Support project documentation including requirement gathering, progress tracking, and client feedback management. Prepare Proof of Concepts (POC) and prototypes for new projects and validate feasibility. Contribute to team training and onboarding of junior project associates. Desired Skills: Proficient in Agile project management and Scrum practices Strong stakeholder communication and conflict resolution skills Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities Hands-on experience with digital marketing projects in healthcare preferred Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or similar

Responsibilities Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including infographics. Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs and other components necessary for a website design. Consult with clients marketing, copywriting and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our clients corporate cultures and goals. Managing client proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production.
