Responsible for technical deliveries of all tasks within Power Electronics Prepare various power topologies with advanced components for development of converters Use of various design and simulation tools while doing product development Developing innovative designs to meet all requirements for performance, reliability, cost and manufacturability Perform simple analytical modeling, simulation and analysis at parts /sub system and product levels Participate in all design reviews Review of product specifications and suggest ideas to bring more value to the product under development Guide and support the team while carrying out his/her own tasks Technical review and validation of Power electronics design by design engineers Technical training for developing competencies. In short, make the team members competent for their deliveries to the product development Technical interface outside the Product Development, like Customer, Sales, Supply Chain and others Participate in seminars, workshops as participant and presenter Explore new technologies for future products. Keep well informed on new developments in the research and design engineering fields through contacts with educational institutions, professional societies and organizations, and through the use of technical papers, journals, and periodicals
