Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our FLY ASH ash sales efforts across multiple sectors including cement plants, contractors, ready-mix concrete (RMC) companies, brick manufacturers, builders, concrete suppliers, road construction firms, and mines for filling applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with key customers, while also generating new business opportunities to increase revenue, market share, and overall product penetration in the assigned region. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote fly ash across identified customer segments. Identify potential customers and build a strong sales pipeline. Achieve sales targets through direct and indirect customer engagement. Manage and expand existing customer accounts while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Conduct regular field visits to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer service excellence. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approach. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to increase product visibility. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities. Qualifications and Skills: Any degree with 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction materials or building materials sector. Strong understanding of fly ash applications and market dynamics is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
