Role Overview We seek a dynamic and empathetic Student Advisor to join our passionate team. You’ll play a key role in guiding students through the journey of applying to international universities—from initial counselling to successful enrollment. Key Responsibilities Provide personalised guidance to students on study abroad options, course selection, and career outcomes Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions via Zoom or in person Manage application processes, including documentation, follow-ups, and SOP reviews Stay updated with international education trends, visa requirements, and university partnerships Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups using CRM tools Liaise with university representatives to support student admissions What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Management, or International Relations preferred) 1–2 years of experience in study abroad counselling, edtech, or student support (freshers with strong communication skills may apply) Strong interpersonal and listening skills Ability to handle multiple student profiles and timelines Passion for helping others, especially international students Why Join Fly Reach Global?
