The Head of Operations will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing team performance, and ensuring efficient processes. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, managing budgets, analysing operational data, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. Create the operating system which is efficient, scaleable and drive profitability. Whats required from your end Strategic thinker + tactical executor Obsessed with quality and customer experience Love chaos (but know how to organize it) Can build SOPs in your sleep, but prefer to automate them Can build ultra cost efficient systems and drive profitability Operations Management and Budgeting skills Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making Team Management and Communication skills A proactive approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment 8-10 years scaling operations in hospitality in top chains, managed office/ Co-working startups IHM background is a must and previous experience in Marriott, IHG, Intercontinental, Roseate etc
