All global products and tools are designed for the web 3.0 world. Your role will involve collaborating with teams working on tech products related to blockchain and distributed systems to solve real-world problems. The focus is on challenging traditional norms and finding solutions to protect user rights, digital intellectual property rights, and assets in the era of AI and instant replication. As part of the startup culture, you will experience continuous evolution and adaptation to market dynamics. Expect to work on creating new systems within short time frames while being resource-conscious. In this role as a Frontend Engineer- L3/ Frontend Lead based in Noida (Hybrid) / 5 Days, you will: - Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable and responsive frontend applications using react.js frameworks. - Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to transform business requirements into seamless user experiences. - Focus on frontend performance optimization, real-time blockchain data rendering, and implement security best practices for user authentication and transaction flows. - Provide guidance and mentorship to frontend engineers in a fast-paced Web3 environment, conduct code reviews, and promote modular, reusable design patterns. To be successful in this role, you are expected to have: - 5+ years of experience in creating outstanding front-end experiences with React.js across various digital products. - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technical discipline. - Advanced proficiency in the React.js ecosystem, including state management patterns like Flux/Redux, modern toolchains, and high-performance data structures. - Deep understanding of fundamental React paradigms such as component architecture, hook implementation, and lifecycle orchestration. - Ability to translate design vision into polished, intuitive interfaces with a refined aesthetic sensibility.
