Primary Skills (Must-Have) Flutter/Dart: Strong expertise in Flutter framework and Dart programming. State Management: Proficiency in BLoC/Redux for managing app states. Firebase Services: Experience with Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, and Real-time Database. Cloud Architecture: Ability to design scalable and secure backend solutions. Security Implementation: Knowledge of app security best practices. UI/UX Mastery: Ability to craft pixel-perfect and highly responsive UI. Technical Leadership: Experience leading teams and making architectural decisions.
