With a rapidly growing inventory of over 40,000 styles for men, women, and kids sourced globally, Styli is dedicated to providing customers with the latest fashion trends. As a Flutter Developer at Styli, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications tailored for eCommerce and marketplace environments. Your primary focus will be on creating scalable, high-performing, and user-friendly mobile applications that enhance the overall customer and vendor experiences within eCommerce ecosystems. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain mobile applications for eCommerce platforms using Flutter and Dart. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive and seamless user interfaces customized for eCommerce workflows such as product listing, search, checkout, and cart functionalities. - Optimize app performance to ensure smooth user experiences and fast load times in high-traffic environments. - Implement advanced state management patterns to handle complex eCommerce app flows including cart management, product detail screens, and user authentication. - Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Backend, UX/UI) to deliver comprehensive solutions that improve the customer journey and drive conversions. - Write clean, modular, and maintainable Dart code following best practices for scalable eCommerce applications. - Stay updated with the latest Flutter and eCommerce trends, tools, and libraries to enhance app performance and functionality. Required Skills And Qualifications - 3-5 years of mobile development experience, with a minimum of 2 years working specifically in Flutter/Dart for eCommerce or marketplace applications. - Proficiency in developing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. - Strong expertise in state management frameworks such as Bloc, Riverpod, and Redux for managing complex app architectures. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications. - Knowledge of Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Analytics) to support backend functionalities. Preferred Skills - Experience with eCommerce-specific features like multi-currency, multi-language support, and localized content. - Familiarity with eCommerce tools such as Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, or custom marketplace platforms. - Exposure to mobile performance optimization tools like Firebase Performance Monitoring and platforms like App Center or Crashlytics. - Experience in integrating AI/ML solutions for personalized recommendations, search optimization, and dynamic pricing. Soft Skills - Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex mobile application challenges. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality mobile solutions within tight deadlines. - Proactive mindset towards learning and implementing new tools and technologies. Education - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience).,
