Flutter Developer

Job Title: Flutter Developer (2 - 3 Years)

• Build high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Implement asynchronous programming concepts (Futures, Streams, async/await).
• Create complex UI layouts using Flutter's widget tree and custom widgets.

State Management & Architecture

• Work with state management tools like Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, or GetX.
• Implement clean architecture with separation between UI, business logic, and data layers.
• Use modular code structures to ensure maintainability and scalability.

Integrations & Platform Features

• Integrate remote data using REST APIs, JSON, Firebase, and third-party libraries.
• Work with platform channels to integrate native Android/iOS functionalities.
• Implement secure authentication, database access, and offline storage where required.

UI/UX, Animations & Responsive Design

• Build responsive UIs that work across mobile/tablet devices.
• Implement smooth animations, transitions, and custom UI components.
• Ensure consistency across platforms (iOS, Android) and screen sizes.

Tools, Testing & Deployment

• Use Flutter development tools such as DevTools and debugging utilities.
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Collaborate on deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Support CI/CD processes in the mobile development workflow.

Other Responsibilities

• Work in Agile teams and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
• Collaborate with backend, UI/UX, and QA teams for high-quality deliveries.
• Take ownership of assigned modules, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter & Dart development.
• Strong understanding of:
• Flutter 3.x architecture & tools
• Widgets, layouts, custom UI components
• State management (BLoC/Provider/Riverpod/GetX)
• Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging)
• REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns
• MVVM or BLoC pattern
• Experience deploying apps to Play Store and App Store.
• Knowledge of native Android/iOS development is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant PG degrees such as MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc. IT may also be considered.
• Graduates with strong hands-on experience in Flutter may also apply.
