Flutter Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead to guide our talented mobile development team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with deep expertise in Flutter mobile architecture and a strong background in developing and optimizing Java-based APIs. You will be the driving force behind our mobile application's technical strategy, ensuring we build scalable, high-performance, and robust products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior engineering role.

Flutter Expertise:

Java API Knowledge: Strong proficiency in Java and experience with frameworks like Spring Boot for building and consuming RESTful APIs.

Optimization Skills: Demonstrated experience in both app optimization (profiling, memory management, performance tuning) and API optimization (caching strategies, query optimization, efficient data serialization).

Architectural Design:

Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor junior developers and drive technical discussions.

CI/CD & DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications (e.g., Codemagic, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) is a plus.
