Job Description

The Flutter Associate Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Android/iOS applications using Flutter. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions that meet business needs. This role offers the opportunity to work as a mid-level or senior developer, depending on your experience. As a Flutter Associate Software Engineer, your key responsibilities will include: - Developing, testing, and maintaining robust and scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter. - Collaborating with designers, project managers, and other developers to implement new features and enhancements. - Participating in the entire mobile app development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. - Debugging and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance of mobile applications. - Optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and security. - Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance as needed. - Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and standards. - Following the company's core values: Deliver what was asked, Deliver on time, Deliver in budget, Deliver with quality, Deliver great experience. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 1-4 years of experience as a Mobile Developer with a strong focus on Flutter for iOS and Android. - Strong proficiency in Flutter framework and Dart programming language. - Experience with development tools such as Android Studio and Xcode. - Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications. - Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git. - Understanding of mobile app security, performance optimization, and best practices. - Experience with state management approaches such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills: - Understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. - Knowledge of basic mobile app security principles and performance optimization. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Work Environment: - Collaborative office setting with guidance from senior developers. - Occasional additional hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
