Flutter Developer

As a skilled Flutter Developer at our company, you will be responsible for building high-quality hybrid mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. You should have hands-on experience in Flutter, Dart programming, mobile UI/UX standards, API integration, and app deployment. Collaborating with designers, backend developers, and the QA team, you will ensure the delivery of smooth, scalable, and user-friendly mobile apps. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. - Create responsive, high-performance UI designs for various devices and screen sizes. - Build reusable widgets and maintain clean, structured, and scalable code. - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues or app crashes. - Manage app builds, testing, and deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store. - Collaborate with the team to define and implement app features and modules. - Ensure application security, data privacy, and compliance with platform guidelines. - Stay updated with Flutter updates, packages, and best development practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of Flutter framework and Dart language. - Experience building and deploying apps on both Android and iOS. - Good understanding of native mobile development constraints and platform UI guidelines. - Experience with State Management (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod, etc.). - Experience with Firebase services such as Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Push Notifications, etc. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration with backend services. - Good understanding of version control systems like Git. - Knowledge of app architecture patterns: MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc. - Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): - Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development. - Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile apps (Codemagic, Fastlane, GitHub Actions). - Familiarity with Google Maps, location services, and real-time databases. - Understanding of app performance optimization and memory management. - Experience with push notifications, background tasks, and app lifecycle management.
