Preferred candidate profile

• Build and maintain Flutter apps (Android & iOS) with clean architecture and robust state management (Bloc/Provider/Riverpod).
  
• Implement responsive, accessible,

  multilingual

  UI (LTR/RTL, localization, fonts).
• Integrate secure APIs (REST/GraphQL), handle offline-first flows (caching, sync), and push notifications.
  
• Optimize performance (jank-free UI, memory/CPU, app size, startup time).
  
• Own

  release pipelines

  : code signing, provisioning profiles/certificates, AAB/IPA generation, TestFlight & internal testing, phased rollout, versioning, crash monitoring.
• Prepare store assets & compliance: screenshots, privacy labels,

  Play Data Safety

  /

  iOS privacy manifests

  , release notes, and handle review feedback.
• Set up

  CI/CD

  (Codemagic/Bitrise/GitHub Actions, Fastlane), automated tests, and crash/analytics (Crashlytics/Sentry/Firebase Analytics).
• Collaborate with Design (Figma), Backend, and QA to deliver features on schedule with quality.
  

Must Have:

• 3+ years

  professional mobile experience with strong

  Flutter

  expertise.
• Demonstrated

  App Store Connect

  &

  Google Play Console

  publishing (signing, profiles, TestFlight, closed/open testing, staged rollout).
• Strong Dart, Flutter fundamentals (widgets, rendering, isolates), and state management.
  
• API integration, secure storage (Keychain/Keystore), auth flows, and error handling.
  
• Testing (unit, widget, integration) and Git-based workflows (PR reviews, branching).
  

Good to have

• Fastlane, build flavors, environment config, mono-repo setups.
  
• Firebase suite (Auth/FCM/Remote Config) and in-app updates.
  
• Native bridges (Kotlin/Swift) or Platform Channels/FFI.
  
• Accessibility, analytics funnels, and event instrumentation.
  
• Exposure to healthcare/regulated apps; familiarity with

  HIPAA/ISO 27001

  best practices.
