Role Overview: We are seeking an energetic and organized Office Administrator with 1–2 years of experience to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee general office administration and ensure smooth operations. Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls. Maintain office supplies inventory; place orders as needed. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services. Prepare and maintain records, documents, and data entry. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facility management. Maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline. 1–2 years of relevant office administration or similar experience. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication. Good organizational and time-management skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative. Other: Basic knowledge of HR or accounting procedures is an added advantage.
