Company URL : https://www.musclerox.com/about-musclerox/ Job Purpose We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Manager to lead our research and development efforts in the formulation and manufacturing of advanced fluorescent pigments. This role will oversee all R&D activities, ensuring the development of innovative, high-quality products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in polymers, dyes, and pigment manufacturing industry, combined with strong leadership abilities to guide and grow a talented R&D team. Key Roles and Responsibilities 1. Candidate would be required to head the R&D Lab in the initiative to develop & produce World class Fluorescent Pigments, and ensuring that we are seen as a zero defect manufacturing company. 2. Candidate would be required to assist the commercial team to understand the customer level challenges and provide with solutions. 3. Head the R&D, Technical team and ensure adherence to basic SOPs & documentation on timely basis. 4. Guiding the team in ensuring timely evaluation of samples from the market, and sharing test results, and developing counter products where required. Education & skills Criteria: Candidate(s) either be an PhD/M.Sc/M.Tech In Organic Chemistry/Polymer Sciences, from a reputed institute, and an extensive experience in R&D of Polymers, and Colours (Dyes & Pigments). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of pigment chemistry, production processes, and application technologies.
