Key Responsibilities: Search, identify, and track relevant tenders from Ariba, SAP Ariba, GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals . Register, update, and maintain company profiles on tender platforms. Study tender documents (RFP, RFQ, EOI, etc.) and analyze eligibility criteria, terms, and scope. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, technical, legal) to prepare documentation. Draft, compile, and submit proposals/tender documents within deadlines. Monitor clarifications, amendments, and pre-bid meetings and ensure compliance. Maintain and update tender tracker, submission records, and status reports. Generate new business leads through tender searches, vendor registrations, and networking. Assist BD team in identifying prospective clients and industry opportunities. Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with company and statutory guidelines. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Ariba, SAP Ariba, GeM, and e-tendering portals . Understanding of tendering process, documentation, and compliance.
