Job Description : Roles & Responsibilities: Should have 6+ years of hands-on experience in Piping Detailed Design Engineering from the Package or Accessory piping systems of Power Plants. Should able to understand the ITO inputs (Inquiry to Order) Technical Proposal (Project Contracts) Should have extensive review and understanding experience in Schematics (P&ID) and Instruments (e.g. Air systems - Inlet Bleed Heating, Cooling & Sealing Air, Fuel Gas Systems, and Water systems and Oil System and also associated instrumentation). Should have very good experience in Piping, Tubing and all associated fittings, Should have experience in developing new Arrangement drawings & BOM in line with P&ID (Schematics) which inclusive of Valves and all process equipments Should have very good experience in Preparing Modification Kit and FMI (Field Modification Instruction manual) for Field support. Should have experience in Piping Support & structural engineering calculations as project needed. Should have demonstrated ownership & decision-making of the design, considering cost, feasibility in manufacturing and fabrication. Should have served as primary interface with customers and have demonstrated the implementation of design requirements, design changes, analysis, and verification of each task. Planning the tasks, executing, and delivering on time, with cost effective and 100% quality. Should have excellent Coordination skills with all Cross-Functional Teams such as (Tech Leads, Chief Engineers), Suppliers, Configuration Team, Electrical Team etc. Engineers should have confidence with autonomy to deliver as work package is critical Qualification: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Mechanical with 6 to 10 Years of experience from Thermal /Aero/Simple/Combined Cycle Power Plant Experience Interested Candidates can send the resume to fakkrudeen.aliahamed@quest-global.com
