ECR should be reviewed and initiated to release the ECO through proper documentation. Identify areas for improvement in existing manufacturing processes and develop solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs. Maintain accurate records of processes, procedures, and findings, and prepare reports for management.
