Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to drive lead generation and new business opportunities in the US and European markets . The role focuses on identifying prospects, building strong pipelines, and supporting revenue growth in IT and B2B service offerings. Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads in US and European markets through research, outreach, and targeted prospecting. Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM and lead-generation tools. Conduct outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to engage decision-makers and present Fluidata’s data services. Curate high-value relations with each prospect through detailed research and insight exchange Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or demos with leadership teams. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customers' needs to identify opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to align business development activities with service capabilities. Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular reports on pipeline health and progress. Assist in curating proposals, presentations, and tailored capability pitches. Build long-term relationships and represent Fluidata at industry events, webinars, or networking sessions when required. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales in IT or B2B services. • Proven experience engaging clients in US and/or European markets. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Analytical mindset with strong research skills. • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams. • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and lead-generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
