As a Peoplesoft Techno-Functional professional, you will be based in Noida and should ideally possess 5-7 years of experience in PeopleSoft implementation projects in a technical consulting capacity. Your skill set should encompass a range of PeopleSoft Techno-Functional competencies, including proficiency in People Code, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface, Integration Broker, File Layout, XML Publisher, Application Package, AWE, Excel to CI, Fluid Development, and familiarity with PS HCM functionalities such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Absence, Time and Labor, Core HR, and Security. Additionally, knowledge of Absence Management configuration and processing procedures, as well as exposure to the Time & Labor module, would be advantageous. While not mandatory, experience with Core HR and E-performance modules would be beneficial. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in People Code, Application Engine Fluid page, Integration Broker, PS Query, BI Publisher, SQR, Component Interface, and Excel to CI. Role Purpose: Develop, maintain and support a portfolio of software applications and services to ensure improved business efficiencies and that are aligned to the enterprise architecture and business strategy. Technical Skills: Relevant development experience using PeopleTools . Experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions . Extensive experience in Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, Component Interface and fluid development will be advantageous. Excellent proficiency in SQL Knowledge of the Software Development lifecycle and Agile methodology. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/KRAS/KPIS: Conduct an analysis based on requirements received from the Business Analyst. Translate business requirements into workable solutions and document solutions into technical specifications. Determine a percentage fit of required functionality and the best approach in terms of impact of developments on other modules and/ or customizations already in place Develop required functionality obtained in the functional specifications/user stories using PeopleSoft tools. Develop and code new software functionality using codes that are readable, maintainable and reusable. Provide scrum master, business analysts and testers with regular feedback on the technical development design and timelines for a solution. Developing, testing and deploying new software system components Review the current developed code and ensure maintenance of existing programmes to ensure ongoing software system enhancements. Co-create test cases with the DevOps team. Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve all issues/queries. Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) and training material. Identify solutions based on UAT test requirements. Migrate development into production/live environment once successfully tested. Monitor performance of solutions and make recommendations to improve the performance and functionality of the solution. Log issues found in existing systems as internal change controls and ensure successful resolution of issues. Maintain, troubleshoot and fix errors in existing application systems offered across all the modules by PeopleSoft as well as all the in-house developed customisations. This includes all interfaces, SQR's, Integration Broker, App Engines and REST Services etc. Provide authoritative expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders based on their requirements. Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders. Deliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed. Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within the area of responsibility. As an experienced Technical Consultant specializing in PeopleSoft HRMS with 6-10 years of experience in implementation projects, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in key areas such as AWE, BI Publisher reports, Component Interface, Application Engine, and Application Designer. Your expertise should extend to writing logic using PeopleCode, crafting complex SQL queries, understanding Roles and Permissions, Business Unit and SET ID concepts, and implementing Row Level Security. You should be adept at developing Design Documents and Technical Design Documents, as well as creating Custom Bolt-On modules within PeopleSoft HRMS. Excellent communication skills are vital for interacting with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions. You should have hands-on experience with at least two upgrade projects, possess expertise in Retrofitting, and have worked on Fluid development including Tiles and Homepage. Familiarity with the latest release of PeopleSoft tools and application versions is expected in this role.
