Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune. We are hiring CDP (Chef de Partie), Commi (I/II/III), Front Desk Executives, and Housekeeping staff. Day-to-day tasks may include food preparation and cooking, customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café. Each role caters to different operations in ensuring that Fluffy Egg continues to deliver quality and exceptional experiences to our patrons. Qualifications CDP and Commi (I/II/III): Culinary skills, knowledge of food safety regulations, ability to work in a team, and attention to detail Front Desk Executives: Customer service skills, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience with front desk operations Housekeeping Staff: Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation techniques, attention to detail, efficiency, and reliability General: Passion for the food and hospitality industry, ability to work on-site in Pune, and previous experience in similar roles is a plus
