Location: Baidyabati (Lalgate), Hooghly
Shift: A, B, C Rotational
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 (NTH)

About the Role

We are urgently hiring an FLT Operator for our Remelt Department.
The ideal candidate must have forklift operating experience and be comfortable working in high-temperature industrial environments, especially around furnaces and molten metal handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Forklift Truck safely within the Remelt section
• Charge metals into the furnace as per instructions
• Handle material movement in a high-temperature, heavy-duty environment
• Support molten metal handling & section operations
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE guidelines
• Maintain forklift cleanliness and basic operational checks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of FLT operating experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Valid Driving License (mandatory)
• Comfortable working in high-temperature furnace areas
• Ability to work in A, B, C rotational shifts
• Physically fit and safety-conscious
