We craft high-end visuals, storytelling, and drone cinematography that help businesses stand out and connect emotionally with their audiences. We’re currently scaling our client base and looking for a Sales & Growth Partner to help us reach more premium brands and close high-value retainers. What You’ll Do • Identify and reach out to potential clients in hospitality, real estate, and lifestyle brand sectors. • Handle end-to-end sales process from first contact to closing. • Pitch Flowstate’s services with confidence and clarity. • Maintain follow-ups and manage a small CRM or lead tracker. • Collaborate with the founders to refine offers, proposals, and decks. • Build long-term relationships that can turn into retainer clients. Who You Are • You’ve worked in or sold for a creative agency, video production house, or marketing firm. • You’re confident in speaking with founders, marketing heads, and brand managers. • You understand branding, storytelling, and ROI-based marketing not just “selling videos.” • You’re self-motivated, goal-driven, and love the thrill of closing premium deals.
