You will be working as a project coordinator at VasyERP, a young start-up funded by Reliance Industries, based in Ahmedabad. Your role will involve assisting project managers in organizing ongoing projects for the design and development of cloud-based ERP & point of sale (POS) platforms for manufacturing and retail industries in India and internationally. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, and work hours. - Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings. - Ensure project deadlines are met in a timely manner. - Identify and communicate project changes. - Develop project strategies to ensure project success. - Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is appropriately maintained. - Manage stakeholder views towards the best solution. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management. - Experience in client coordination, project management, documentation, and requirement gathering. - Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira. - Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
