Are you passionate about connecting and integrating financial platforms Are you a solid performer when juggling multiple projects and working with distributed teams As a Flowable Subject Matter Expert (SME), your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain business process management solutions using the Flowable platform. You will play a crucial role in providing technical leadership and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our business divisions. Your key responsibilities will include leading the development and maintenance of BPM solutions using Flowable, collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to create efficient and scalable solutions, providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting and debugging issues across the stack, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and driving best practices and standards for Flowable development within the team. Mandatory Skills Description: - Proven experience as a Flowable SME and Rule Engine (Drools). - Deep expertise in Flowable BPM, including process design, development, and deployment. - Proven expertise in Java or Python. - 5-10 years of experience. - Experience in developing solutions on the Flowable platform. - Experience in BPMN, CMMN, and DMN modeling. - Experience in integrating Flowable REST APIs and Java APIs. - Experience in customizing Flowable User Interface and Flowable Forms. - Ability to apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment. - Taking ownership for ensuring the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of solutions by applying digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements. - Ability to build observability into solutions, monitor production health, help resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues. - Understanding of agile delivery methodologies. - Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities. - Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with both technical experts and non-technical end-users.
