Flowable Developer (With Java or Python)

As a Flowable Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining business process management solutions using the Flowable platform. Your responsibilities will revolve around providing technical leadership and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that cater to the requirements of our business divisions. Your key responsibilities will include leading the development and maintenance of BPM solutions using Flowable, collaborating with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to create efficient and scalable solutions, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Additionally, you will be tasked with writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience as a Flowable SME and Rule Engine (Drools), deep expertise in Flowable BPM encompassing process design, development, and deployment, and proficiency in Java or Python. With 5-10 years of experience in developing solutions on the Flowable platform, you should also be well-versed in BPMN, CMMN, and DMN modeling, integrating Flowable REST APIs and Java APIs, and customizing Flowable User Interface and Flowable Forms. Moreover, you should possess the ability to apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment. Taking ownership of ensuring the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions is paramount, along with building observability into our solutions, monitoring production health, resolving incidents, and remediating risks and issues. An understanding of agile delivery methodologies, excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role. While experience in Agile Framework is a nice-to-have skill, your proficiency in the mandatory skills coupled with your proactive approach to software development will be instrumental in driving best practices and standards for Flowable development within the team.,
