We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join us as a Customer Relationship Management Associate, bringing both strong verbal and written communication skills to the table. Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Be the point of contact for all new leads and manage the trial booking process Answer all the inquiries over the call and on the chat Qualify leads based on initial conversations and coordinate with coaches daily Book trials for interested new leads on the Flow Sports Life app Make reminders and follow-up calls for trials, and ensure trial feedback is updated Ensure all necessary initial information about the academy and trial is conveyed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field Entry-level position (0-1 year of relevant experience) Previous experience working with CRM tools is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills A keen interest in sales and customer relationship management Strong organizational and time-management skills
