Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Identify and approach potential clients in the industrial sector. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers. Provide technical advice and support regarding industrial valves. Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech Mechanical). 2 to 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in industrial valves or related products. Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions (Raipur, Raigarh, Bilaspur).
