Flow Chemistry - Senior Executive/Manager

As a Senior Executive/Manager in Flow Chemistry, you will be responsible for various tasks related to flow chemistry, including designing flow chemistry setups, transferring technology to the plant for commercial production, troubleshooting existing technologies, and more. You should have 2-8 years of experience in flow chemistry and be familiar with various tools and reactors such as Corning, VapourTech, Chemtrix, Coflore, Fixed Bed, and Plug flow reactor. Your role will involve converting existing batch chemistry to flow chemistry, conducting experiments in micro reactors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality guidelines. Additionally, you will be expected to perform literature searches using tools like Scifinder and Reaxys, prepare product dossiers, transfer technology to the plant for scale-up, and support in addressing regulatory queries. You will also be responsible for preparing technology transfer documents, ensuring compliance with GDP and GLP in the lab, and generating intellectual properties through patents and publications. Your role will involve working in a team, demonstrating energetic and innovative thinking, and being willing to take on responsibilities. Travel to plants on a need basis (1-3 months/year) may be required as part of your responsibilities. The geographical scope of the job includes API sites across domestic locations. The educational qualification required for this position is a B.Tech or M.Tech in Chemical Engineering or a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry. You should have knowledge of organic chemistry and flow chemistry, along with 2-5 years of experience in Flow Chemistry/Continuous Synthesis.
