Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Florists to join our Fulfilment team. As a florist at IGP, youll be responsible for crafting fresh flower arrangements, managing floral inventory, and ensuring every bouquet that goes out meets our high-quality standards. Youll be trained on our processes and techniques to become a pro at modern floristry. Key Responsibilities Assemble standard flower bouquets and arrangements as per IGP's design templates Condition fresh flowers daily trimming, hydrating, and storing them appropriately Manage and maintain flower and accessory inventory – tracking stock levels, checking quality, and reporting shortages Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of stock to maintain freshness and reduce wastage Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the floral workstation and tools Work closely with the packing and dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfilment Follow all operational SOPs for bouquet preparation and quality checks Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills in modern floristry Who Can Apply Passionate about flowers and hands-on creative work Good sense of color coordination, balance, and neatness Physically fit to stand and work with hands for long periods Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow process Prior experience in floristry is an advantage, but freshers are welcome – we’ll train you!
