Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Regional Design and Presales Consultant to join our Bangalore team. In this role, you will support sales and delivery teams by designing scalable AV/UC solutions for enterprise clients across the region. Responsibilities include gathering client requirements, developing technical designs, and supporting the sales process through to project handover. The ideal candidate will have a strong AV technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Occasional regional travel may be required for client meetings, site visits, and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with regional sales teams to design tailored AV/UC solutions for enterprise customers Develop system architectures covering video conferencing, collaboration tools, control systems, digital signage, and audio systems Participate in client meetings, workshops, and solution demos to understand business needs and present technical concepts effectively Respond to RFPs/RFIs by preparing technical documentation, drawings, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and detailed scopes of work Translate customer requirements into comprehensive and scalable technical solutions Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders Support the transition of projects to delivery teams for smooth implementation Requirements Skills and Qualifications: Strong proficiency in AV/UC platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Poly, Cisco, Neat, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams Rooms. Solid background in presales solution design, including system diagrams, floorplans, and rack layouts using tools such as AutoCAD, Visio, and D-Tools.
