Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • 15+ years of experience in construction chemicals application, including waterproofing, epoxy flooring, grouting, and retrofitting. • Proven leadership in project execution and cross-functional coordination. • Deep knowledge of product systems such as Fosroc, BASF, Dr. Fixit, Sika, MC-Bauchemie, etc. • Strong command of construction practices, material science, and chemical compatibility. • Proficiency in project management tools and software (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.). • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
