Floor Plan Artist

As a highly skilled and detail-oriented Floor Plan Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually accurate and brand-aligned floor plans for real estate marketing materials. You will combine technical precision with creative design to translate architectural drawings into engaging 2D layouts suitable for brochures, hoardings, digital platforms, and client presentations. - Interpret architectural layouts and convert them into stylized 2D floor plans. - Apply color codes, measurements, legends, and furniture layouts as per branding guidelines. - Ensure all floor plans are accurate, clean, and ready for print or digital use. - Collaborate with design and marketing teams for brochures, hoardings, and presentations. - Work on high volumes of plans with quick turnaround and minimal errors. - Revise and update plans based on client or internal feedback. - Ensure final outputs are optimized for various formats (PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc.).
