Floor Plan Artist

As a highly skilled and detail-oriented Floor Plan Artist, you will play a crucial role in creating visually accurate and brand-aligned floor plans for real estate marketing materials. Your main responsibilities will include: - Interpreting architectural layouts and converting them into stylized 2D floor plans - Applying color codes, measurements, legends, and furniture layouts as per branding guidelines - Ensuring all floor plans are accurate, clean, and ready for print or digital use - Collaborating with design and marketing teams for brochures, hoardings, and presentations - Working on high volumes of plans with quick turnaround and minimal errors - Revising and updating plans based on client or internal feedback - Ensuring final outputs are optimized for various formats (PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc.) To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in CorelDRAW, working knowledge of AutoCAD, familiarity with Photoshop, understanding of layout, alignment, and visual hierarchy, ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, basic knowledge of printing requirements, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines. Real estate or agency experience is a plus.
