You will be responsible for sales of lighting products such as bulbs, panels, floodlights, and LED products under the brand "Nightcare". This is a full-time on-site Sales Staff role based in various locations including Indore, Ujjain, Dewas, Bhopal, Sehore, Dhar, and Khandwa. As a Sales Staff, your duties will include engaging with customers, promoting products, generating leads, closing sales deals, meeting sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales and negotiation abilities, customer service orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, and familiarity with CRM software would be advantageous.
