We're looking for experienced sales professionals (310 years) with a strong track record of sourcing and acquiring new clients across mutual funds, insurance, bonds, PMS, or wealth products. This is a field-intensive individual contributor role focused on: Sourcing retail, HNI, or business clients Converting leads into investors via mutual fund SIPs, bonds, insurance, etc. Driving consistent AUM growth through relationship-based direct sales Key Responsibilities Proactively source and acquire new clients via personal networks, referrals, and on-ground efforts Pitch Floatrs offerings in mutual funds, insurance, bonds, and retirement planning Build a healthy client pipeline from salaried, HNI, SME, and self-employed individuals Ensure monthly AUM and client acquisition targets are met Maintain strong client relationships for cross-selling and repeat business What Were Looking For 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in mutual funds, insurance, bonds, PMS , or wealth management Proven success in direct sales / on-field acquisition Strong sourcing ability — should be able to generate leads independently Mutual Fund (NISM VA) or IRDAI license is a strong plus Ability to thrive as an independent contributor Comfortable with regular travel/meetings within Bangalore Why Join Us Be part of a fast-scaling fintech building India’s leading financial wellness platform Entrepreneurial sales culture with growth ownership Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives Compensation Attractive compensation with 60% Fixed and 40% Incentives.
