About the Role: We are seeking proactive, experienced Site Engineers with 0 to 2 years of experience in residential interior fit-out and renovation projects . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing site activities, managing construction labor, and ensuring timely project completion with high-quality standards. This is a physically demanding position and best suited for individuals who are hardworking, detail-oriented, and ready to take on challenges. Key Responsibilities: Supervise interior fit-out work and manage day-to-day site activities. Coordinate with construction labor to ensure efficient work flow and adherence to project timelines. Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets high standards. Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness are maintained on-site. Preferred Skills & Qualities: Construction Management – Strong understanding of interior construction processes and project management. Hands-On Site Experience – Comfortable working on-site and handling various construction tasks. Attention to Detail – Ability to ensure high-quality standards in every task.
