Job Profile: As a Strategy Analyst in our Data Solutions consulting team, you will play a critical role in delivering data-driven insights to solve complex client challenges. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world business problems across industries, providing a strong foundation for growth in analytics consulting. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Deliver or support consulting projects by collecting, cleaning, and preparing client data for analysis from variety of sources and across formats, using different tools (for example, Python). • Support internal data solution development efforts • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, variances, and business drivers. • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate insights effectively to clients. • Assist in building analytical models and frameworks to support business decision-making. • Translate client requirements into analytical approaches in collaboration with senior consultants. • Contribute to the creation of client deliverables including presentations, data summaries, and business cases. • Ensure high-quality, consistent, and timely data outputs during project execution. Qualifications: We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious candidate with 0-1 years of experience from a Tier 1 Engineering college (IIT/ NIT/ NSUT/ IIIT) who possesses the following qualifications: • B. Tech (Computer Science/ Electronics and Communication/ Electrical/ Engineering Physics/ Chemical/ Biotechnology/) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to the growth of a high-performing team. • Passion for business analytics and a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends.
