Absolute minimum of 4 years of JMeter experience NOTE: this should be a minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with a client or client where they used JMeter Excellent communication skills in English Can clearly articulate performance testing techniques, processes and definitions to help people without performance testing experience fully understand the concept or reasoning Problem solving skills Can be given a task and run with it without requiring constant supervision These will be Good to have Experience with using Docker Desktop Familiar with how to use GIT CLI Experience with GCP Experience with writing Splunk Queries Have basic programming skills outside of Performance testing utilities (for example, programming in C for LoadRunner does not count, programming an application in C does). Not expecting a programmer, but has the ability to write code in any modern language. Are capable of building, deploying and editing docker images Have experience with workflows like Temporal Have experience with FlimFlam Familiar with GoLang
