Collaboration with airlines and other travel partners will be a significant part of your role to secure optimal flight arrangements for our clients. Handling changes or cancellations to flight bookings efficiently and minimizing disruptions to travel plans will be a priority. Additionally, addressing any flight-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally is crucial to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Your role will also involve Relationship Management and Airline Contracting to build and maintain strong partnerships in the airline industry. To excel in this position, you should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a travel agency or airline setting. Proficiency in airline industry practices, flight reservation systems, and ticketing procedures is necessary. A good understanding of different airline policies, fare structures, and travel regulations is essential for this role. Strong customer service skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key attributes that will enhance your performance in this position. Proficiency in using Amadeus and Galileo software will be an added advantage.
