Monthly/Weekly Active Users (MAU/WAU): The number of unique users engaging with the platform regularly. Transaction Volume and Value: The total number and monetary value of transactions processed. Conversion Rates: The percentage of website visitors or leads completing desired actions (e.g., app downloads, registrations, first transactions). Customer Retention Rate: The percentage of users who continue using the platform over time. Churn Rate: The rate at which users stop using the platform. Implement strategies to encourage user referrals and word-of-mouth marketing. Monitor online reviews and feedback, addressing customer concerns and leveraging positive feedback. Experience in planning, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) with a focus on ROI. Proficiency in social media marketing and community management. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Operations Lead and build the Accounts & Finance team from scratch. Full responsibility for day-to-day accounting, book preparation and maintenance. Ensure timely and accurate completion of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings . Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage receivables, payables, cash flow, and working capital. Compliance & Regulatory Ensure compliance with taxation laws, Companies Act, and all regulatory requirements relevant to fintech. Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and statutory bodies as needed. Implement internal controls and ensure financial discipline across the organisation. Analysis & Reporting Conduct detailed ledger and bank reconciliations , balance sheet schedules, and variance analysis.
