Job Title: Trainee / Jr. Officer Department: Costing Location: Pune Reporting to: Manager Job Purpose: To be responsible for thoroughly evaluating company's financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities, enhance financial performance, and drive strategic decision-making. This role involves analysing expenses, preparing detailed cost reports, and collaborating with various departments to develop and implement cost-effective solutions that optimize operations and improve overall efficiency. By identifying trends, addressing inefficiencies, and providing actionable insights, a cost analyst plays a pivotal role in improving profitability, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, and contributing to the long-term financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Releasing Budget relating to Day to Day activity for all plant. Physical taking of Inventory Store, WIP & Vendor stock. Material Reconciliation (WIP, Key stores & Vendor items etc.) and its variance analysis. Handing day to day costing and Cost analyzing issues on Plant Level. Generation of various reports for e.g. Production Report; Consumables consumption Report; Sales Report; Rejection Report etc. Preparing, Analyzing Manufacturing Expenses Statement for all Plants on daily Basis Monitoring Budget Vs Actual on monthly basis. Key Requirements: Education: B.COM / M.COM Experience: 0 to 1 year CTC: 3 to 5 LPA
